Ubá Institute of Sustainability – Management System

The challenge

Before contacting us, the Ubá Institute team managed its internal processes using spreadsheets, which made information control complex and prone to errors. The Institute sought to optimize this management by centralizing data on owners, properties, planting areas and funders of its programs in a single system. Our challenge was to develop an efficient, simple and organized solution that would facilitate the recording and management of this data, providing more precise, agile and secure control.

The solution

We developed a customized management system for the Ubá Institute, focusing on the management of owners, properties, planting areas and financiers. The platform was designed to centralize all this information in an intuitive and organized way, replacing the use of spreadsheets and making internal processes more agile and efficient. Although the official launch has not yet taken place, the system already shows great potential to transform the Institute's management, offering a complete, easy-to-use solution that is prepared to support the growth of the programs developed.

The result

Although the system has not yet been launched, the Ubá Institute is already preparing for a significant transformation in the management of its operations. With the centralization of information and the optimization of internal processes, the expectation is a significant increase in operational efficiency, reduction of errors and faster and more accurate access to data for all involved. The new system also promises to bring more agility to decision-making and support the expansion of the Institute's activities in a structured and efficient manner.

Pyggy – Teaching Platform

The challenge

The Pyggy team approached us with a major challenge: to create an online platform that would facilitate access to the mandatory courses for various types of financing in Australia, including mortgages. By law, anyone wishing to obtain certain types of financing must complete these courses. Our goal was to develop an intuitive, secure and accessible solution that would guide users through this crucial step in the process in a simple and efficient way.

The solution

We’ve made the user journey simpler and more accessible. We’ve developed an online learning platform that will soon allow people to take courses in a convenient, secure way, and at their own pace. Whether it’s to finance their own home or access other types of credit, the platform is designed to offer an intuitive and welcoming online experience, focused on preparing users to confidently obtain the necessary certification.

The result

With the platform developed and ready for launch, we are confident that it will transform the experience for future grantees. We expect it to facilitate access to required courses, increase certification rates, and make the funding process faster and more accessible. Hype App – Influencer Campaign App

The challenge

Você no Hype, a marketing agency specializing in digital influencer campaigns, approached us to solve a crucial challenge: streamlining influencer management and making the campaign approval process more agile and professional. Until then, the workflow was entirely manual; the team consulted spreadsheets to select influencers, sent Excel lists for client approval, and managed communication between the parties in a decentralized manner. This model made the process slow, error-prone, and difficult to scale. Stepy was chosen to develop a solution that would centralize information, reduce the use of spreadsheets, and make the operation more efficient and organized.

The solution

To transform Você no Hype’s operations, we developed a customized platform (backoffice) to optimize campaign management and the Hype App, an exclusive application for influencers. With the new platform, the process of selecting, approving and monitoring campaigns has been centralized and automated, reducing the need for spreadsheets and minimizing errors. The Hype App offers influencers more autonomous management of their advertising, allowing them to monitor proposals, approve campaigns and communicate directly with the Você no Hype team, all in an agile, organized and professional manner.

The result

With the implementation of the Hype App and the centralized management platform (backoffice), Você no Hype eliminated the use of manual spreadsheets and automated the campaign approval process. Now, influencers have full control over their ads, being able to manage proposals, approve campaigns and communicate directly and in an organized manner with the agency team. As a result, the operation became more efficient, allowing Você no Hype to increase the volume of campaigns managed without losing control or quality. The new solution brought more agility, professionalism and scalability to the agency's growth.

Infuslab – Social network for influencers from Você no Hype

The challenge

Você no Hype approached us to create an exclusive social network for the influencers they work with, focused on sharing tools and tips to improve advertising and expand their profiles. Until then, they were using a third-party platform that, although customizable, did not fully meet their needs. In addition, this network needed to integrate with the Hype App (another solution we created for them), to offer a more fluid and connected experience between influencers and the agency team.

The solution

To meet the needs of You on Hype, we developed Infuslab, a personalized social network dedicated to influencers. Infuslab provides a dedicated space for sharing tips, tools and content that help influencers improve their advertising and grow their profiles. In addition, the network is designed to integrate seamlessly with the Hype app, providing a connected and efficient experience, optimizing the performance of influencers.

The result

With Infuslab, Você no Hype began offering influencers a unified ecosystem to manage their ads and boost the growth of their profiles. The integration with the Hype app allowed the agency to centralize campaign management and improve communication between the agency and influencers. This solution brought more organization, agility, and control to the entire process, allowing Você no Hype to scale its operations efficiently, maintaining quality, and strengthening relationships with influencers.
